Absolutely wonderful experience. First float. The facilities were so clean and I appreciated the clear explanations when I arrived. The tea and waiting area were lovely. And Ingrid gave me an incredible massage. If I lived in Mackay I’d have a membership here!!

What a delightful way to spend our 35th wedding anniversary! The setting exuded serenity and everything there has a purpose to relax! The only thing that we didn’t love was the music that played. It was quite distracting actually and for me, I think that white noise would be far more relaxing. Everything was very clean. I would recommend City Cave at Rural View in Mackay.

I received a renew voucher for my birthday to use at City Cave for a 45min Infrared Sauna and 1hr Float. Bree was awesome and it was the perfect 2hrs to detox and wind down. Will definitely return!

Always an amazing experience at City Caves Mackay. Whether it's a magnesium float or a sauna, I always leave feeling super relaxed. The private rooms are beautifully set out and the lounge and tea area are a vibe. The staff are warm and welcoming and the booking system is easy to use and often with same day spots available. A wonderful experience always ♡
